Under "Supply & Delivery Enquiries", it states that they deliver them every 12 months and that if you have not received one, you can order one for free if you are a BT customer.

If you have read the online manual, and still cannot get the function to work, then give the helpdesk a call, as they are the only people that can provide support. This forum provides support for BT Retail broadband, and issues with the phone service, whether delivered by PSTN, or BT Digital Voice.

If that fails, I'd recommend contacting the BT 4600 helpdesk on the below details: By phone: 0800 145 6789. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.

Just plug your BT4600 base unit into the phone socket on the back of the smart hub 2, and just carry on using that, you do not have to use the new handsets. If your BT4600 base unit is not near the home hub, then as for a free Digital Voice Adapter instead, and you can plug the base unit in anywhere. 2 Ratings.

Open the Phone tile and select the Contacts Tab where you can use the Export option to create a back up file of your Contacts - I created a "Digital Voice" folder in my PC Documents folder to save the file to.
