Non-prime time tickets have cheaper prices and the visit will not be as crowded as during prime time. Here you can find a table where I present the standard rates for tickets for general entry.
Though Burj Khalifa is open for 24 hours, the last entry is at 11.15 pm. At the TOP: Monday to Friday, Prime Hours are 3 pm to 6.30 pm, Non-Prime Hours are 8 am to 3.30 pm and 7 pm to 12 am. Saturday and Sunday: Prime Hours are 3 pm to 6.30 pm, Non-Prime hours are 5 am to 3.30 pm and 7 pm to 12 am.
