You can call the LA Superior Court Juror Services at 213-972-0970 Monday morning and they can direct you on what to do. Although I would never encourage anyone to shirk their civic duty I have misplaced quite a few jury summonses in my time and nothing ever came of it.

20 Αυγ 2021 · Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 209, any prospective juror who has been summoned for service, and who fails to respond as directed and be excused from attendance, may be found in contempt of court, punishable by fine ($1,500), incarceration (5 days) or both.
