26 Μαΐ 2023 · There are two ways you can access the WPS settings: either through the Setup or by pushing the WPS button on the printer. On some printer models, this button is not available; therefore, to access it, you will need to enter the printer’s setup menu, which is usually indicated by a Tools/Wrench icon on the printer’s panel.
Press and hold the WPS button on the access point or router for about 5 seconds. For details on the WPS button pressing, refer to the manual for your access point or router. Press the OK button on the printer within 2 minutes.

To connect your printer to the network with this method, your wireless router must have a WPS™ button on it. The WPS button is located either on the front or back panel of your router, but not all routers have this button. Refer to your router instructions for additional help.
