Carrington Garland is an American actress. The daughter of American film and television actress Beverly Garland, she was born in Encino, California. Garland graduated from North Hollywood High School in North Hollywood, California. From 1989 to 1991, she played the role of Kelly Capwell on the daytime TV soap Santa Barbara.
