22 Σεπ 2021 · In the screen you see before you join a meet, you can select 'settings' from the menu shown when clicking the 3 vertical dots in the top right of the video screen. There you will see which microphone is currently detected, and be able to 'test' the microphone. You may also see a 'check your audio and video' button below the video window.

Pic your microphone because it will have picked a mic for you which may not be yours. My mic is a logicam webcam. Now see if people can hear you. If not, go back and click on a different microphone, then go back and click to pick yours again.
14 Σεπ 2020 · Depending on the customer, I use Zoom or Teams. In Zoom, after I open the app but before I join the meeting, I can check that my mic and speaker are working, adjust volumes, etc.
1 Δεκ 2011 · Go to Control Panel then Sound. Select the Sounds tab at the top and you should see an image with a microphone that has a greencheckmark in the lower right hand corner. Just speak and you should see some activity in the group of horizontal bars to the right. that is how it is done in Vista and Windows 7. Windows XP is pretty much the same.
