Chevrolet Tracker Towing and Toading. rvgonda MemberPosts: 12. November 2006 in Chevrolet. I purchased a wiring kit for my 2003 2dr 4x4 Tracker ZR2 2.0L automatic. The instructions state that the 6-pin wiring connector that I plug the kit into is just forward of the jack compartment in the left rear of the vehicle.
Chevy Tracker Starting and Stalling Problems. My daughter is taking it to the shop on Monday after having the problem of not starting and finally re-starting after a few minutes, usually 10 minutes, then starts as always. When I asked the local Chevy Dealership to look-up the part for me he said that it looked like they had a hold on the shipment of that part.

Resale value for my Tracker was pitiful, to say the least. If you ask me, get a Jeep. Parts are readily available and much more affordable, material quality is vastly superior, and the resale value can't be beat. Resale alone makes the Jeep worth the extra $2-3000.
June 2012. I have a 2002 Tracker, 1.6 engine,with ober 200K miles, same problem as some of the others with stalling/not cranking. Took to local shop and they said one of the oxy sensors not working and EGR system clogged, $200.00 each to replace sensor and $200 to clean EGR. I cannot afford this.
