23 Δεκ 2010 · I'm trying to decide whether to get a Clam Base Camp ($179) or Clam Base Camp Thermal ($279). Does the thermal make a big difference? Most fishing will be pond fishing in southern Iowa with temps rarely below -5 (when I go).

17 Σεπ 2022 · Clam is undeniably one of the best brands for thermal shelter hubs. Among many of their choices, the C890 vs. X600 is a difficult decision to make. The main difference between the two choices is the padding and durability. The X600 is much sturdier and has more padding than the C890.
3 Ιαν 2013 · So I just bought a Clam Base Camp Thermal, I must say I am thrilled to get it out on the ice, it's huge! I brought it home tonight, set it up and tore it down a couple times to familiarize myself with it.
