I think you're asking a bit much of cloud storage. Cloud storage is literally just that. If you want to stream the content to your tv, you will need a media player that can connect to that cloud storage provider. Or you could just cast from your PC to your TV via Windows casting. Alternatively if you have an android phone, do something like this.

8 Φεβ 2023 · Actually this isn't your fault but bad game coding because same developers define the limit on cloud saves & let you keep many saves on the contrary either. Good games either warn or delete old cloud saves without any user errors or interactions. You can escalate this situation on that game's Steam Community Hub for them to fix their mess.
8 Οκτ 2022 · Cloud: "Cloud download" just means its getting a fresh/clean image of Windows from Microsoft servers and applying that to your system. It achieves the same task as an ISO, and you get ISO files from Microsoft's servers, right? The name "Cloud download" is just some simplification so that average users will understand what's happening.
3 Νοε 2021 · What's funny is the only thing anyone can ever find to say about pCloud is something that's so insanely easy to negate too (just.. using Cryptomator for anything you're going to put in the cloud like movies, etc – and Cryptomator is 100% Free and mind-numbingly easy to use).
19 Απρ 2020 · Cloud gaming it’s literally new and it’s getting cheaper and better with time, when GFN was announced it costed per hour and was really expensive, shadow was 35$ and now is 15$, and they will be offering better services like infinite and ultra, one being able to run like a TITAN RTX, shows the potential of cloud gaming.

5 Μαρ 2022 · So a while ago I turned off Cloud Sync, because it was messing up my FO4 files, and forgot to turn it back on for about a week. I turned it back on and now almost every game in my library has "Steam Cloud Error" next to it in my library. I turned steam cloud sync off again and restarted steam, but the errors are still there.
