Home to the men’s and women’s Waterloo Warriors hockey teams, the CIF arena is attached to the Columbia Icefields building. The main entrance is off of Hagey Blvd. and parking is available in Lox W and X. The CIF Arena first took shape in the spring of 1983 when construction on the arena began.
Vending machines are located in the Icefield wing. Change rooms are equipped with accessible showers with no seat. Door to Icefield wing is heavy. Accessible parking for persons with disabilities is available in most lots. For details, contact Parking Services.

18 Φεβ 2024 · The Columbia IceField Arena was originally built in 1983 and is now part of a larger recreation centre for the University of Waterloo. From the exterior it is clear where the additions have taken place as the arena roof with its brown shingles pokes up above the rest of the rec centre.
