And, this option is not available with Acrobat Reader. If you have Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro, start them up and combine away. But you cannot do that with Reader.

30 Ιουλ 2020 · Separate PDF’s saved from Word, Excel or Powerpoint can be mushed into one file. Some printing services charge per document as well as per page so combining PDF’s can save a little money. Ever since Word got PDF import features, it’s been possible to use Word to split or combine PDFs. Just open the PDF in Word and tinker with the pages.
11 Μαΐ 2016 · When exported, select all files to be combined and right click. Scroll down to "Combine files in Acrobat". When all the jpeg files populate, simply click on the Combine button as you would normally to create a pdf binder that can be saved, and each page in the new document retains its own information! Upvote.
11 Μαρ 2022 · Please use the following steps to disable the creation of a Portfolio: 1. In Acrobat, go to Tools > Combine Files. 2. Click on Options in the Combine Files window. 3. Uncheck the Save as PDF portfolio box and click on the OK button to save the changes. Let us know how it goes.

28 Ιουλ 2017 · 2 Correct answers. The problem was not software related. The files I was trying to merge into a single PDF file were stored in a shared folder on an internal server. These files would not merged into a single PDF. Our working files have always been stored on a server, but only recently have started being a problem merging into a single PDF.
16 Οκτ 2018 · ETA: Naturally, as soon as I posted I was able to figure out the solution: When in the combined files window click options and uncheck Save As PDF Portfolio. The combined file should now say Binder instead of Portfolio. Whatever I do - I now can't now combine files to create a 'binder' PDF - only a 'portfolio' PDF.
5 Ιουν 2017 · When I combine pdfs into one "Binder" often the pages appear in different sizes although everything began as 8 1/2 x 11" paper. Is there a method for making all pages of a pdf the same size. It does not present a very professional appearance - looks kind of dorky.
26 Ιουλ 2016 · Go to Tools> Print Production> Prefilght> FixUps (blue wrench icon)> Pages. Select Scale pages to specified size. Go to the little fly-out menu and duplicate the prefilght, give it a new name. Click on Edit, to change the desired final trim size and the method used to get to this size (scale, white border, etc.) Click on Fix to apply the change.
