The ‘Conclusion’ confirms that global warming is the major challenge for our global society. There is very little doubt that global warming will change our climate in the next century. So what are the solutions to global warming?

Mounting evidence indicates that the global climate system has been warming in the 20 th century. This evidence is based on a multiplicity of indicators, such as increased surface, ocean and tropospheric temperatures; decreased sea ice, snow cover and glacier extent; and sea level rise.
