9 Απρ 2024 · I am unable to open the Control Panel on Windows 11. The conventional "Settings" App works fine, but whenever I try to open the Control Panel, nothing happens -- the mouse cursor simply indicates loading (by the spinning blue circle) and nothing ever opens.
22 Δεκ 2012 · Every time I try to open the Control Panel it opens on the taskbar but when I click on it, it does nothing. I have tried right clicking and clicked restore, maximize and minimize but nothing works. It does this for all of the Control Panel Programs. I cannot get to the Personalize screen or any of the options for the control panel.
10 Αυγ 2015 · Just upgraded to Win10 via the official release yesterday (July 29). Control panel will NOT open via selection from the Start menu. Only way to get it to open is via the "run" command and executing control.exe directly. Also can't get "manage" snap-in to launch via the standard desktop "Computer" icon.

17 Δεκ 2015 · For some USERS, WIN+R "control" Run Command does NOT open Control Panel in the Creators Update contrary to the Feedback Hub claim by Microsoft. Control Panel opens for a few seconds and then disappears as reported above for a previous Build. I have an HP Pavilion dv6-7138us with quad-core AMD CPU and this BUG.
20 Οκτ 2023 · Nvidia Control Panel is not opening. Driver is clearly showing in Device Manager but not showing in Task Manager. The graphic card is also detected in Bios. I got help from Nvidia live support but they don't able to solve this problem they claim it's a windows issue. Some steps I have already done but not work. 1.

23 Σεπ 2018 · I think the media reinstall is the best option, I tried all the other suggestions , its very frustrating when you think you solved control panel opens like a ghost , Then you're working away and it's in your face again , its like a bad penny keep turning up . i installed a free backup program in case of problems . plus a boot disc.
