I'm running on a fresh installation right out the box Windows 8.1 on a laptop and at first, gpedit.msc wasn't found so I had to install that and after installing that, some items are missing.

14 Ιαν 2009 · I recently installed a vista update and I did not see but it was for HID touch interface, basically for tablet pcs and stuff. And it deactivated the touchpad on my laptop. What can I do to reactivate it? Please help me.
