2 Φεβ 2022 · It depends on your area, it seems. Lots of the people I know have qualms and good news alike for each ISP. Some say Converge is good for them, and Globe and LDT sucks. Some said Globe is faster but PLDT in their area has equally bad Internet and Customer Service. Meanwhile, I get good speed with PLDT as well as good customer support.

I ask you, the people of this subreddit, to give me your opinions on this. If you have a good or bad customer service experience with PLDT, write down either "I stan PLDT", or "PLDT IS A MONEYGRAB".

The online customer service response from social media and other channels have very limited capabilities - they just put in a ticket and say they can’t do anything else. If you call and actually get a person - if they put you on hold for more than an hour it will hang up ...

20 Ιουλ 2020 · @9:30 am Tumawag ako sa converge customer service regional. Disconnected kase kami straight for whole night. For the meantime nag hotspot Muna ako using mobile data, wfh kase ako. (Expected mo aabutin Ng one day to one week before sila pumunta dito. Nasanay kase ako sa pldt.)

22 Φεβ 2024 · Third day pa lang since nag-start ako sa kanila, LOS na agad. Now, officially I have more days without internet than days na connected ako. Ayoko na magpa stress at umasa sa Converge. Napakabagal ng CS and the techs are not helpful. Halatang barat yung company, they can't even invest in a proper social media manager and customer service.
10 Απρ 2024 · This week I wanted to upgrade my plan to a higher package offering from Converge. I tried to apply thru one branch near me, but I was instructed instead to reach out to their Customer service support (I contacted them via email) as that branch is not allowed to process the specific package I want to subscribe to.

9 Ιαν 2024 · Okay, so I asked Converge to provide me a copy of my January to September 2023 official receipts for our office's annual liquidation for tax shield. I pay my bills on time and never got any technical problems service wise except dito, napaka bureaucratic! Wala ba silang process engineers, napakainefficient ng customer service nila.
