You don’t need to be a Costco member to purchase Costco Pharmacy prescriptions online or at our warehouses. Our Pharmacy counter will accept several different forms of payment, including cash, debit/ATM cards, Costco Shop Cards, and Visa®.
Prescription drug pricing is easy to access on our website. Just visit the Member Prescription Program page. Then, simply type in the prescription drug’s name into the "Prescription Name" field.
The Costco Prescription Program is an added benefit of being an active member of Costco and paying an annual fee. Costco savings on prescription prices range from 2% to 40% depending on the medication.
Simply open your mobile app or visit our web pharmacy and follow the instructions: Sign in by clicking the "Refill from List & Rx Status" menu on homepage. Click on the "Refill now" button of your prescription on the "Refill from List & Rx Status" page. Click on the "Continue" button on the Select Prescriptions.
