  6. Cox customer service blamed my devices for the slow service. I finally cut the service and moved to Google Fiber. They installed the next day and I haven't had a problem since. To make me really grumpy, Cox then billed me a late fee on the last payment (which I paid) claiming my bank charged them a late fee and they are passing it on to me.
