Afterward, I monitored the CPU usage when no additional programs were running, only the essential Windows processes. Unfortunately, even with only Windows processes running, the CPU usage still remains at 100%.

12 Απρ 2012 · Occasionally after windows automatically updates, my laptop will restart with abnormally high CPU usage. I checked my processes and found that "svchost.exe*32 - SYSTEM - winrscmde" appeared to be using most of the CPU. When attempting to "Go to Service(s)" no service was highlighted.
5 Ιουλ 2019 · Actually it seems that I had an malware named exactly like the antimalware defense executable. On task manager I saw that there were two processes named the same way. One was with the Hugh CPU usage and one was the regular antimalware. I tried to change the affinity to the normal one, after I closed the one with the CPU usage and it didn't work.
