However, when I tried to log in 2 days ago, it said my account was locked. I sent a request to their support but did not get any response at all in over 24 hours, so I tried again, this time changing password, but my acct is still locked.

My account is locked. I did not request it to be locked and I didn't get any emails. What are my options, all my crypto is in there. UPDATED - Cryptopia responded to me.
If you get locked out due to failed login attempts, your account should automatically unlock after 1 hour. You will be contacted again via your registered email address for the next stage of the claims process, which is currently expected to begin later this year.
