8 Αυγ 2017 · also note recent os'es are not compatible with cs2 so you can expect some (or a lot of) problems installing cs2 on newer computers.
21 Ιουν 2016 · I have a new laptop computer now but I'm unable to complete the download from the disc that I used to download the CS2 program from the Adobe website many years ago... I would like to use my CS2 on my new laptop but do not have the serial number, I was told by Adobe help to place the message here in the forums and somebody would help me retrieve my serial number to the CS2 download I purchased..
2 Αυγ 2017 · I used my copy of CS2 on my old G5 running 10.4.11 yesterday and when I went to work on a small logo today I can no longer use it. I get this page that comes up showing my Serial Number, Activation Number and Activation Type. It is asking for an Authorization Code in order to launch. I tried calling the number on the scene but that no longer works.
14 Φεβ 2017 · The deal is, this is a REPLACEMENT CS2 for people who ORIGINALLY PAID FOR CS or CS2. The replacement is needed because the original no longer installs properly. That's all. If anyone else uses it, it's no better than any pirate software off the web.
Thanks for the replies. I was actually able to solve the problem. A little complicated to explain. I'll just say that I had downloaded CS2 from the links provided at an earlier date, and after some digging found those files were still on my computer. I found the setup file and was able to get Photoshop CS2 going again.
8 Αυγ 2019 · According to an employee in another message, CS2 is completely gone, there is no longer a link to download any CS2 program. If you own a valid CS2 license (serial number) you MAY be able to have support provide you with the special version of CS2 that does not require the activation server, which is also gone.
7 Δεκ 2018 · Several years ago, Adobe shut down the CS2 activation servers. So your CS2 is trying to communicate with a server which no longer exists. Uninstall your CS2. Then go to that page and download the new non-activation CS2 from the links provided. You must also discard your existing CS2 serial number. That will no longer work either.
13 Μαΐ 2016 · I replaced the hard drive reinstalled Windows 2000 and Adobe Creative Suite CS2 (which I still have with serial number) and now it won't allow me to contiue to use it without a phone number authorization code. My work around for now is to kill Windows 2000 and reinstall Adobe Creative Suite CS2 with Acrobat 7 every 30 days when its activation ends.
