14 Ιαν 2021 · On my first try clicking Play in curseforge, I had to download minecraft launcher updates which took so long. I clicked Play in the launcher which had another downloading that also took so long (possibly because of my huge modpack), but only to end up with "Game Crashed". I attempted a second time clicking Play in curseforge and the launcher.

After that, the Minecraft Launcher application will open, enter the settings tab at the bottom left of the application menu and log in with your Microsoft account. 8 Ιαν 2021 · The Curseforge app doesn't start if you're offline, but the Minecraft launcher does. If there's a way to launch Curseforge modpacks with the native launcher rather than through Curseforge, then that's the only way to do it if you're offline and don't have other 3rd-party launchers already installed. I'm going through that right now.

18 Οκτ 2021 · First go to your curseforge folder and delete the install file. Then set you java version in curse to the latest. And set the argument. -version1.8+. Then repair vanilla installation using the top right three dots. Now your curse forge is the best launcher. Very simple to do. 1.

Option B: Use CurseForge to download modpacks (that setting is still useful), but have another launcher do the day-to-day launching.

11 Φεβ 2023 · Click on the Minecraft Tab on the left side of the CurseForge App. Click :CFmenu: button next to the Create Custom Profile option. Click :CFrepair: Repair Installation option. NOTE: Although this might seem similar to the instructions of repairing profile, it's different and required. No worries, you will not lose any modpacks or worlds.
