13 Απρ 2022 · I just finished listening to the Darth Plagueis story and I can not believe how good it was. I read plenty of comments that there would be to many monologues, and boring politics. But I greatly enjoyed both of those aspects of the story. Also I feel bad saying it, but I actually feel bad for the tragedy of Plagueis.
When you get to Darth Plagueis, I recommend grabbing a copy of Cloak of Deception for after. It's more Luceno exploring the malfeasance of The Sith but from the perspective of the Jedi investigating and intervening in events that they can only superficially or incorrectly understand.

Darth Plagueis is my favorite Star Wars novel. I still listen to it. And I want the true master to be Tenebrous who squashes Qimir like a bug in the end. But even if Qimir turns out to be a replacement for Tenebrous or Plagueis, I don’t care. I will always have the books. And I’ll always have Chapter Twenty.

24 Απρ 2022 · In legends, Palps got him absolutely smashed on fancy wine and then killed him. He was weakened and had a special device to help him breath, all Sidious had to do was zap that and plagueis was done. He also cloaked himself so that pissed up plagueis didn’t see it coming. You want to read the Darth Plagueis book, it’s excellent.
