Geelong Waterfront Campus, with Cunningham Pier in the foreground. The Geelong Waterfront Campus is Deakin's newest campus, located on Corio Bay, in the central business district of Geelong. Originally built as the Dalgety's Woolstores in 1893, the buildings have been extensively renovated.
Geelong is home to two of Deakin's campuses, and the city has played a significant role in the university's development. Deakin has formed close collaborative relationships with key government agencies, associations, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and industries in the region.
