Q clearance is the highest level of security clearance required by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to access Top Secret Restricted Data, Formerly Restricted Data, and National Security Information related to nuclear weapons and materials. Unless the position in question has special requirements, your DOE Q should be accepted by the agency filling that job in the same way that DOE would accept a Top Secret clearance for a position requiring a Q.
