18 Αυγ 2023 · The Typical Puppy Shot Series. The puppy shot series usually starts between 6–8 weeks of age, with new vaccines and boosters given every 3–4 weeks until your puppy is 16–17 weeks old. Note: Some puppies may need an additional booster at roughly 20 weeks old.
