Now the game isn't showing up in my directory anymore, and when I try to add it, the file doesn't appear when I search for it (if I open my finder manually it's there, just not when Dolphin opens it to add a directory). Also, I've been playing the game that I wanted to convert for a couple days now, so running the game works fine.
22 Δεκ 2023 · The code execution cannot proceed because Msvcp140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Is there something else I need to install to get Dolphin to work. I appreciate the work that has gone into creating this software and would love to get it back and working.

For everything else, the answer is most likely going to be no if you (or someone else) isn't up to do some a bit of hacking. You can use Pal 60-Mode to get the game running at 30FPS. And I would not say that frame independent motion is impossible. It is just a matter of how the emulator is internally designed.
I haven't booted up Dolphin for a while and decided to update it to the latest development version. The aspect ratios on multiple games have been different and not what I set it to. I set it to "force 16:9" but each game seems to be 4:3 or cropped to some other ratio.
