The Black Drin, or Black Drim (Albanian: Drini i Zi; Macedonian: Црн Дрим) is a river in North Macedonia and Albania. It flows out of Lake Ohrid in Struga, North Macedonia. It is 149 km (93 mi) long and its drainage basin is 3,504 km 2 (1,353 sq mi).
The Drin (/ d r iː n /; [5] Albanian: Drin or Drini; Macedonian: Дрим, romanized: Drim) is a river in Southeastern Europe with two major tributaries – the White Drin and the Black Drin and two distributaries – one discharging into the Adriatic Sea, in the Gulf of Drin and the other into the Bojana River.
Drini është lumi më i gjatë i trojeve shqiptare me 335 km gjatësi në total. Ai derdhet në Detin Adriatik, afër Lezhës dhe në lumin e Bunës, degë që u formua pas një përmbytjeje në shekullin e 19-të.

It crosses near Debar the border to Albania and continues as Drini i Zi river (5,885 km² and 121 km long in Albania). It covers 3,840 km2 (excluding lake Prespa and lake Ohrid) of FYR Macedonia, at an average elevation of 1,100 m and with a total annual discharge of 1,502million m³.
21 Ιαν 2023 · At 335 kilometres (208 miles) long, the Drin is the longest river of Albania of which 285 kilometres (177 miles) passes across Albania and the remainder through Kosovo and North Macedonia. It starts at the confluence of its two headwaters, namely the Black Drin and White Drin.
