It is the first option at the top of the list. Click on the ‘’Controllers’’ tab. Plug the DualShock 4 controller back into the PC.
24 Απρ 2023 · Actually I've tried DS4Windows which I've installed the latest version. Seems that the application did'nt detect my DS4. And also, I've tried InputMapper app instead, seems goes nothing elsewhere. Already tried connecting to different USB port which 2.0 and 3.0 directly to motherboard and PC tower.
ds4windows for example might be user independent as in needing another install for each user or something else is blocking it. So could be the ds4windows controller profile is locked to the main user by default or by the way you did it. If there's a way to ask someone in a forum or a dev of ds4windows then that would work better. A lot on here ...

26 Μαρ 2020 · 4. It will then open the DS4Windows app and your DS4 light bar should now lit up. When i plug in my PlayStation 4 controller it starts charging but when i check device manager it does not appear there, i have tried restarting, and changing the usb ports/cables but nothing works.
27 Αυγ 2022 · To do so you need some basic knowledge on how to navigate and delete, This should be enough to help you. Move to the location of the DS4 folder: cd C:\Users\skept\OneDrive\Desktop\. Delete the files and folders: del .\ManagedDevcon.dll. Then empty the bin and always reboot.
21 Σεπ 2020 · I thought maybe if I launched it through Steam (using "add non-Steam Game to library") it would emulate a 360 pad, but that doesn't seem to have helped. I'm not using any other controller customization software (like DS4Windows) but I do have the Playstation Remote Play client installed which might have a different version of DS4 drivers.
