1 Ιουλ 2023 · So I installed Windows 11 fresh from factory computer and it started in Dutch. As I prefer to have computer system in English I simply went to the settings>language and opted for preferred language English (US). After restarting the computer some of the texts were in English but the main language still was Dutch (like the search bar).

Quite apart from the Edge settings there was another cog on the page that shows when you click on new tab. I went to "Advanced" and then clicked on "language and content" and changed it from Dutch to English. Cheers,

The only way to change the language on that computer is if it has the Ultimate or Enterprise version of Windows installed.
