This is a complete script of a mock trial to help the students visualize and practice the lines and proper courtroom etiquette of a trial. The specific statements of different characters are included, along with space for filling in original content in preparation and for use during the trial.
Elementary Mock Trial scripts often involve putting well known fairy tale characters, such as Goldilocks vs. Three Bears, State vs., Beane (the giant killer), or the Wicked Witch vs, Snow-white, on trial. Most mock trials are available free of charge or a nominal cost.
