  1. This mod simply makes custom nations more 'custom' and free. Last update: v1.37. -Changes idea level limit to 25. -Max point is high enough to take the whole world and 25 lvl ideas. -Limits on province distance is removed. In the nation designer, you can take any province that is far away from your capital. -Max custom country limit is 100.

  4. You should be able to adjust the mod yourself by editing the version. Alternatively you could just use the ~ and console command what you want. you can edit the game files. The Uber Custom Nations mod allows this and works in 1.31. For some reason, my limit is only 200 points.

  5. Formable Nations: Reworked is a complete rework and overhaul and functions for the latest EU4 update with more choices than any other formable nation mod available and new content being added every week.

  6. All power cost -10% is probably the strongest custom idea in the game. It works for everything. Coring, diplo annexing, increasing mercantilism/legitimacy/stability, reducing inflation, harsh treatment, development, tech, ideas… literally anything that uses mana points gets a 10% cost reduction.
