28 Αυγ 2023 · Exhort the risen is also amazing ('Command' in a similar fashion). The fact that the creatures/enemies will literally grovel, not just go prone in your standard prone animation but literally grovel before you has to be among the coolest feelings of power. Commanding a vampire lord to literally grovel at your feet is so satisfying.
20 Αυγ 2023 · I was kinda pissed, because I wanted to see if the same was possible with Myrkul's Apostle's scythe, and I spent a lot of time attempting to get Exhort the Risen:Drop to work on him(the lowest save it can roll is 19). Once it finally did, his scythe just dropped down the hole.

21 Δεκ 2022 · Exhort heroism doesn't directly raise your war support, it only reduce the reduction of war support due to causalities taken. You can still get your war support up to 50% with the war propaganda. It has a cooldown, so you may have to wait a while until it is available again enough time to get to 50%.
Hard to say. My hot take is that where in John 14 Jesus talks about the Holy Spirit as something that had not yet arrived, and where the Old Testament generally speaks of "the Spirit of the Lord/God's Spirit/etc" as though it's an impersonal force rather than a divine person, I personally think that a lot of the ways people read the Holy Spirit into the Old Testament are a little overstated.
23 Σεπ 2023 · Most likely they're using the "Exhort Heroism" decision that gives +0.60% weekly war support due to casualties, and they probably activated it quite a while ago so that they haven't built up as much penalty over time compared to you. If you activated it right now, your penalty would start reducing at ~0.33% per week.
This Ring is found in the chest behind Ketheric on top of Moonrise. It gives a special variant of Command, named Exhort the Risen, that targets Undead. Halt doesn't work. Grovel and Drop won't. Extort the Risen's Command: Approach WORKS on Ansur. (I didn't test Flee, but it may work) Ansur's Wisdom save is 'only' +8.
