- About Us
Located in Walker County, Texas, we connect people with nature through education and awareness. We are building a state-of-the-art facility, providing a safe place for neglected, abused and unwanted bears that are a part of the exotic pet trade and giving them a PEACE of the Wild.
Texas Exotic Cat Rescue specializes in cats who appear to have some wild heritage, such as BengalsChausies, Sokokes, and Savannahs, including derived breeds and mixes of those, and some others such as the Pixie Bobs and Ocicats who just look like a wild cats.
501 (c)3 nonprofit rescue that services the state of Texas. We were the first nonprofit rescue dedicated to reptiles, parrots, and exotics in Texas. Directed by Nikki Pesek, we have worked with reptiles, parrots, and exotics for over 20 years. TRSAR intakes unwanted pets and rescues.
Peeps & Creeps strives to provide all our rescues a safe, comfortable, permanent home. Each and every one of our animals, from the biggest tortoise to the smallest finch, is given the very best care possible. Peeps and Creeps was started by Dr. Jessica Todia, of the A to Z Veterinary clinic.
We are a 501c3 non-profit set up to work with emergency responders and other animal rescue organizations in Texas for a protected species of Procyonidae, The White Nosed Coati, Nasua Narica. We will accept other species considered exotic with approval.
PrideRock Wildlife Refuge is a non profit that is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong care of exotic animals. Our mission is to provide a safe haven for abused, neglected, or displaced animals, offering them a second chance at a life filled with dignity and respect.
