9 Φεβ 2024 · (*UPDATE: Feb 9, 2024) The Microsoft Windows version of the ATF eForm 4473 application has been updated and is now ready for download/use. A detailed breakdown of all form changes is provided below. The Revised Form will become mandatory for use on February 1, 2024.
If more than three firearms are involved in a transaction, please provide the information required by Section A, Questions 1-5, on ATF Form 5300.9A, Firearms Transaction Record Continuation Sheet. The completed Form 5300.9A must be attached to this ATF Form 4473.
1 Αυγ 2023 · ATF Form 4473, Firearms Transaction Record - also known as the ATF E-Form 4473 or the ATF Form 5300.9 - is a form used to determine whether the person purchasing a firearm from a Federal Firearm Licence (FFL) holder is allowed to own a firearm.
An ATF Form 4473 is also known as the Firearms Transaction Record form. Licensed firearm dealers must complete this form when they may a lawful sale. Failure to complete this form is a violation of federal law.
19 Οκτ 2020 · The paper version of the 4473 is available now through the ATF’s distribution center, and many of the e4473 software providers are in the mist of rolling out the new form digitally as well. The newest version of the 4473 can be downloaded here.
20 Μαρ 2023 · A paper copy of the ATF Form 4473 can be downloaded directly from the ATF website. This is a fillable PDF form that you can fill in and print or print and fill out in ink. On the ATF page the download link is very small and can be hard to see.
