6 Σεπ 2024 · Florida Courts. The Florida court system is comprised of the Supreme Court, six district courts of appeal, 20 circuit courts and 67 county courts. Each layer of the Florida judicial system has a distinct role in providing justice across the state.
Case Information. The Court makes available many different forms of information about cases. The most common way to find information about a case is to review the case’s docket -- a list of briefs and other filings and rulings in that case. The Court regularly issues orders in connection with cases.
The Florida State Courts System consists of: The Florida State Supreme Court; Six District Courts of Appeal, which are the state's intermediate appellate courts; 20 circuit courts, which handle civil cases involving more than $50,000 and criminal felony cases; and
