Form 1 filers, state and local, as well as new Form 6 filers will file electronically in 2024 via the Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System (EFDMS). Access for these filers will go live January 1, 2024.
All financial disclosure forms (Form 6, 6X, 6F, and Form 1, 1X, and 1F) must be filed electronically. The Commission no longer promulgates paper forms. If you have not already registered in EFDMS, visit disclosure.floridaethics.gov. Click the "I am a Filer" button, and then the "Request Registration Email" button.
Beginning with the 2023 form year (filed in 2024), Form 1 must be completed electronically via the Electronic Financial Disclosure Management System (EFDMS).
