Planes, Trains, and Visiting Cranes is the sixteenth episode of the third season on Wings, and the 44th episode overall in the series. Dr. Frasier Crane visits the island with his wife Dr. Lilith Sternin-Crane, and meets Helen who was burned by one of his seminars.
