You can apply for legal aid at one of the offices listed below by telephone. Also, you can apply online with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri or Legal Services of Southern Missouri by clicking on their "Apply Online" link.
The Online Intake System is available for adults 18 years of age or older who are U.S. citizens or legal residents. Legal Services of Southern Missouri may be able to help undocumented aliens in certain circumstances. Please complete this application as the person seeking legal help.
LSSM’s legal services are free; however, clients may be responsible for court costs. LSSM may accept cases in the following areas of law: Domestic/Sexual Violence, Family, Consumer, Housing, Public Benefits, and Elder Law.
