30 Ιουλ 2018 · Like Bejant, to my knowledge, there is now over way to update freecad. The good thing is that you can easily keep older version if you fail loading your old files into a new version. (well, between 0.17.13522 and 0.17.13528, you should not have any version change issue. There are "almost" the same age)

It is an archive which you simply have to unpack with a recent 7unzip and run the FreeCAD binary in the bin directory (may depend on the OS you use). 14 Μαΐ 2021 · However, my freeCAD doesnt seem to have the clone tool in draftWB. My version is 0.19 and I'm pretty sure I didn't touch any of the settings to make the tool disappear. From the instructions and videos I watch, there was a blue sheep icon for the clone tool, but mine doesnt have it.

(pic1) Hide the component to show the component_cs object. (pic2) We'll use the section on the right side as a reference in MeshRemodel workbench to create a wire.
Once you have the SVG file it's simple to import it into FreeCAD. First, create a new document, then select Import from the File menu, select your SVG file, and choose to import it as geometry (not as a drawing). You will get a number of objects from this import. Select all the objects and go to the Draft workbench.
