Whirl the parsley leaves (picked from the stems) in a blender or food processor with enough water or olive oil to make a thick puree (use a spatula to scrape down the sides as needed to make an even purée). Freeze this in small covered containers or in a clean ice cube tray.

26 Αυγ 2022 · Freezing whole parsley is the quickest and easiest way to do it. You simply take the parsley, stems, leaves, and all, and seal it in an air-tight container. This could be a freezable Tupperware container or vacuum-sealed bags.
I freeze all parts of the parsley – leaves and stems, they’re both delicious and nutrient-dense. Fill a freezer bag with the chopped parsley. I transferred the parsley with a knife, but a spoon will work well too.
16 Ιαν 2023 · Freeze Fresh Parsley Leaves. Always wash and dry your parsley leaves before bagging them. The most important step to freezing parsley well is to remove as much liquid as possible to avoid freezer burn. To do so, I have had the best results with a salad spinner.
13 Αυγ 2020 · How to freeze fresh parsley. Just wash the parsley leaves, and either spin them in a salad spinner and/or dry with paper towel. Next, chop the parsley to your liking. I use a knife or mezzaluna type chopper (I don’t like mine chopped too finely).
