Recently, I've found that the shortcut to toggle full-screen mode on or off does not work on my Mac. My Mac mini (Late 2014) is running macOS Monterey Version 12.1 As far as I know, this change is not something I've directly changed - but perhaps it's a chain effect on something else I've done?

11 Ιουν 2019 · My google chrome screen continually goes into full screen mode...pressing F11 will take me back but it keeps going into full screen, Is there a way to stop this very annoying situation... it just started within the past few weeks.

13 Δεκ 2019 · Open the site in Android Chrome. Tap the menu (3 dots at upper right) and choose "Add to Home Screen". It will prompt you to change the title. Tap Ok. Go to your phone's home screen and you should now see a new icon for the site. It opens in full screen like a separate app.

Whenever I enter full screen on YouTube or Comedy Central, the video begins to lag, becoming gradually choppier while the audio plays normally until I exit full screen. Once exited, the video resumes playing as normal and when I re-enter full screen the lagging begins again within seconds. I have tested the save videos in Firefox with no problems.
28 Απρ 2021 · The F11 full screen trick worked for Chrome windows, but there are two other applications - MS Teams and File Explorer that have a white band at the top. I also did not find the settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel I have. Only a reboot fixes it, but the problem crops up again.
