If you've been to their other brew pubs in downtown St. Louis or Maplewood, you'll be impressed by the completely different menu. The theme of the menu here is Swiss German fare to pay homage to the original Swiss German Schlafly family immigrants that settled in Highland, IL in the 1800s.

16 Μαρ 2022 · Despite a hugely successful event roster and four brewpubs (Schlafly Tap Room, Schlafly Bottleworks, Schlafly Bankside and the most recently opened Schlafly Highland Square), at Schlafly it’s ultimately still all about the beer.
