REHABILITATION PROTOCOL- Nonoperative Adductor/hip strain. The rehabilitation guidelines are presented in a criterion based progression program. Individual patients will progress at different rates depending on their age, associated injuries, pre-injury health status, rehab compliance, tissue quality and injury severity.
