11 Νοε 2021 · This Creation, combined with Horse Armor - Steel, recreate the infamous Horse Armor Pack from Oblivion. Equipping a horse with Horse Armor will give it a temporary health boost of 1000. The Horse Armor cannot be worn by the Reindeer or the Dwarven Horse.
Added by Skyrim Creation Club. It's mostly cosmetic. It costs 500 gold at any blacksmith to armor your horse and can be taken off at any blacksmith as well. Once removed the armor will go to your inventory and can be sold normally.

The blacksmith is the place where you can buy the horse armor, not the horse merchant. Just head to any major hold and talk to a black smith and they'll be able to outfit your horse with steel or elven armor for 500 gold pieces!
