David Smith (27 November 1962 – 18 May 2002) was an English professional wrestler best known for his appearances in the United States with the World Wrestling Federation under the ring names Davey Boy Smith and The British Bulldog.

The British Bulldogs were a professional wrestling tag team consisting of cousins Davey Boy Smith and Dynamite Kid. They competed throughout the 1980s in Britain, North America and Japan and have consistently ranked among the top tag teams in history. [1] Both men died prematurely. [a]
Sadly, Davey died early in the morning of May 18, 2002 in Fairmont, BC due to heart failure. His legacy lives on through Diana and their children Harry and Georgia. Georgia is the CEO of British Bulldog companies, and has established thriving social media pages dedicated to her father and his legacy.
