Once you have created a group simply right click and select entity info. The volume is the 4th drop down info box in the default tray on your right as illustrated in the attached jpeg.

Erase all of the lines that were on the other.side and the outside of the plane (erase outside edges) Group the one side. If I got a volume calculation, the defect was not in that half, thus I did 3 through 7 on the other half.

  5. 3 Μαρ 2017 · Select it and look at the Entity Info window. Another useful option is Volume Calculator 2: SketchUp Plugins | PluginStore | SketchUcation. I downloaded Volume Calculator 2, can see it in the Extension Manager window, but it does not automatically appear under the Extension tab in SketchUp. I have restarted SketchUp but get same result.

I understand I am to make the foundation a group and then check the Entity Info to see the Volume of said group. Whenever I click the group and check the entity info, there is no Volume tab?

  9. 3 Δεκ 2022 · When the object (group or component) is selected the volume is displayed. When you then select a face to Push/Pull the area of the face is displayed in Entity info. Push/Pull changes the same faces of identical named components in the same way. If you select one of the identical components and apply “scale” only the scaled component changes.
