30 Μαρ 2016 · No Audio Output Device is installed commonly happens because of Driver mess up. Either Sound driver is corrupt, disabled, outdated or the respective registry entries are scrap. So you need to do the workarounds keeping the sound adapter driver into mind.
14 Ιουλ 2021 · I get a message of No Audio Output Device Installed with a red X on the speaker icon, and I can't use my microphone or speaker when this happens. I did try the Windows Troubleshooters, HP Diagnostics, and even tried reinstalling the drivers, but to no avail.
13 Αυγ 2019 · In the list of audio device drivers in the Sound, video and game controllers section, you’ll notice that the High Definition Audio Device now displays instead of Conexant High-Definition Audio. At the prompt to reboot, click Yes.

Enable the audio device, and then update the audio driver using Device Manager. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager. Double-click Audio inputs and outputs. If a sound device is listed with a down arrow, the device is disabled. Right-click the sound device name, and then select Enable device.
