13 Δεκ 2019 · Try these steps in sequence to resolve the issue-. Update the printer firmware. Download available firmware updates from the HP website. With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue: Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers: Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Envy printer entries and uninstall them.
Basic troubleshooting • Make sure you have installed the latest HP Smart app or printer software from 123.hp.com. • If you are using a USB cable, make sure the cable is securely connected, and printer is set as the default printer.
Use the control panel to change the printer function and settings, print reports, or get help for the printer. TIP: If the printer is connected to a computer, you can also change the printer settings using the printer
