After the reset, you should be able to use "Scan and Print Doctor" with the default admin credentials. However, I recommend changing the password to something more secure after the reset to protect your printer from unauthorized access.
HP OfficeJet 9012E printer. I’m trying to set up my printer that I just bought to send scans to my email. But the HP print and scan doctor opened up a few that says I have to input my username and password. The username has “admin” in the field. How do I figure out what the password is? I’ve tried every password that I know.

30 Ιαν 2017 · HP Print Scan Doctor is an executable file and hence is not installed in your computer. That is the reason you do not find the application in your programs list. If you want to remove the program, you simply delete the HP PSDR from your file location. so, right click on HP PSDR icon and select "open file location".

14 Μαΐ 2023 · in the HP Support the latest version of HP Print and Scan Doctor is version 5.7.1. but if I open HP Print and Scan Doctor, it offers to download version 5.7.2. Some websites say version 5.7.2. is the latest one . I ask you if version 5.7.2 was a "beta" version ( or not ) I wait for an opinion of yours. Best Regards
7 Ιουλ 2022 · Hi , I am unable to print documents using my printer recently , in the printer i can see scan icon blinking and while executed print and scan doctor it seems that there is a diagnosis with Device manager - could you please help how can this be fixed ? is it with printer or is it with any drivers (software).Thank you in advance

Reinstall HP Print and Scan Doctor: Uninstall the current HP Print and Scan Doctor software from your computer. Download the latest version from the official HP website.

So Please try these steps and let me know how this goes . Right click on the desktop Icon for “HP Print and Scan Doctor “ Left click on “Open file location” from the menu to open Windows Explorer.
