19 Ιαν 2024 · Previously, HubSpot remembered our account, and we did not have to log in every day to track our emails. I have tried checking 'Remember login' when entering my password, and I've also attempted to set the session timeout to be longer. Are there any solutions for this so it doesn't log out every day when I turn on my PC for work?
2 Σεπ 2024 · HubSpot Sales have advised using the HubSpot Sales add-in for Office 365 add-in for tracking e-mails in Outlook for Desktop in Windows. It is set up and works fine, but every time I start Outlook I have to login again.
24 Ιαν 2024 · Solved: Hubspot prompts a new login inside Outlook daily and even sometimes when I've closed then reopened Outlook. As recommended at this knowledge JavaScript must be installed and enabled to use these boards.

They need to click the "Sign in with Microsoft" option on the login page, and if their HubSpot email matches their Microsoft account, they'll be able to use Microsoft login going forward. 11 Ιαν 2021 · 1. Every time I open Hubspot in Chrome it asks me to log in. The Remember Me checkbox doesn't appear to do anything. 2. I have the Hubspot for Outlook (desktop) plugin, and every morning when I launch Outlook Hubspot asks me to log in. Then it asks me to choose the Hubspot accoutn to work with (even though I only have one).

This caused it to ask for my login credentials (which it pulled automatically when I click "log in" and don't have a choice to change from the home page). Finally, if you want to know each time someone has logged in, where go to Settings > Account Defaults > Security > Export Login History. This will export a CSV file that details when users logged into your HubSpot portal in the last 90 days.
